Concept:
Keyword research is discovering what people are searching for and aligning your content with those terms.

Types of Keywords:

  • Short-tail: “Shoes” — high volume, high competition.
  • Long-tail: “Affordable running shoes for women” — low volume, low competition, high intent.

Tools:

  • Google Keyword Planner
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush
  • Ubersuggest

Exercise:
Find 5 keywords your target audience might use.
Note their search volume and intent (informational, navigational, transactional).
